Firm Overview:

JustLaw was established by Peichen Tsai in January 2010 in Taipei. Being an independent corporate counsel, she focuses her practice on corporate transactions and dispute resolution, in particular technology licensing, OEM or ODM supply, distribution and franchising.

JustLaw concentrates on a variety of international agreements from various industries. JustLaw provides legal services to numerous Taiwanese small or medium size companies engaging in international business.


Attorney Profile of Peichen Tsai:

Peichen Tsai had served as a General Counsel for China Motor Corporation for more than five years, during which she conducted various contract negotiations with Mitsubishi Motors, Mercedes Benz, Chrysler, and other local and international parts developers and vehicle distributors.

Earlier in her career, Peichen Tsai was an attorney-at-law at the law firm of Su, Chen & Associates in Taipei, practicing on a full range of litigation, including unlawful business practices, fraud, general liability, medical malpractice and employment-related disputes.

Prior to entering private practice, Peichen Tsai served as a Legal Coordinator to the Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission of Taiwan and a Supervising Investigator in the Control Yuan (Taiwanese Ombudsman), which are both central governmental authorities in Taiwan. As such, she dealt with investigations in corruption cases and contributed to the drafting, review and implementation of laws and regulations.

Peichen Tsai speaks Mandarin and English fluently.
